Wellbeing covers many areas of our life and each of us probably has a sense of what our own wellbeing might look and feel like or where changes in our lives need to take place to achieve it. For some it might be focussing on better physical health, an improved quality of life, better relationships or healthier lifestyles, the list is vast but essentially it is about feeling as good as we can and functioning well. Each of us is on our own journey through life. For some the path is straightforward, but for others life can sometimes feel a struggle. The stresses and strains of modern life can take a toll on our health and this may be as a result of demands at work, relationships, divorce or bereavement. Each can affect our overall wellbeing. As a Holistic Therapist, Sarah does not diagnose, treat or prescribe. Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Indian Head Massage are holistic approaches to health and can be used in conjunction with western medicine.
