Indian Head Massage techniques have been practiced in India for over 1000 years and are part of the Ayurvedic tradition. This therapy has evolved from traditional family rituals of grooming where oils were massaged into the scalp. Indian Barbers developed a more stimulating technique and this was incorporated into their daily treatments and some of these techniques are now incorporated into the head massage.

I came to see Sarah when to be honest I was in denial about where my life was. However, her loving and non-judgemental support helped to create a environment in which I felt safe enough to look at my issues.
I’m pleased to say that within 3 months I felt rejuvenated and life was so much better. I would encourage people to follow through on the various bits of homework Sarah provides as it’s all part of the healing. Thank you Sarah.
