Our diet plays a vital role in how we feel. Sometimes making a few minor changes can have a fairly significant effect on our wellbeing.
These days we are bombarded by what we should and shouldn’t eat. The variety of diets people can try is immense and most us feel confused as to what is a good healthy diet. Lengthy reports into food products are regularly published indicating what foods to avoid. Sometimes these findings can be at best confusing and often contradictory in relation to similar reports.
The aim at Marusa Wellbeing is to combine the therapies with diet and nutrition advice. You will be encouraged to look at your eating habits and whether or not these might have an effect on how you are feeling.
Sometimes small changes can bring about significant results.
I’ve benefited incredibly from my course of treatments with Sarah. I feel that Sarah is an exceptional and naturally intuitive Healer and carries out her treatments with such professionalism, care and integrity. When I first started seeing Sarah, I was in a very stressful work environment and was literally exhausted most of the time. I’m also perimenopausal and felt completely out of balance on so many levels. Sarah’s treatments in her beautiful, calm sanctuary of a treatment room were so restorative, healing and balancing. In each session I was able to relax very deeply whilst Sarah worked on each reflex point and always came away feeling peaceful, rested and balanced.
During the time I was having my treatments, I also made some positive life changes which I feel have definitely been due to having more balance and clarity in my being – thank you Sarah.
